Once your order has been placed, it may take 1-5 working days depending on your location of delivery. We will call you to fix an appointment for the delivery of your order. If you fail to take delivery on the date and time agreed, then we reserve the right to charge extra for any subsequent deliveries.
Deliveries to Gozo any charges will be paid by the buyer. Send us an email (found below) so we contact our courier or your preferable courier.
NOTE: Delivery times are usually Monday to Friday (excluding Holidays) 8.30am-4.30pm.
Pick Up Information
Our stores are open from 9:30 – 6.30pm Monday to Friday Saturday 9.00 – 12.00pm. An order can easily be picked up on the same day if you inform us one day prior to picking up your order!
Please note that delivery of items marked as not in stock will be subject to increased lead times from those shown.
CHECK YOUR DELIVERY or COLLECTION:
At the point of delivery please check that the items delivered matches the items ordered. Please open each box and check that everything is as ordered and appears in good condition.
At SBL limited we offer a no quibble replacement policy for items incorrectly supplied or damaged in transit during our delivery. It is therefore important that you carry out the necessary checks at point of delivery or collection.
Your products will only be covered by the standard 24 month product guarantee on electric items and other items might have more if stated.
What does my product guarantee cover?
What your product guarantee covers:
- Manufacturing or material defects
What your product guarantee doesn’t cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental or deliberate damage
- Inappropriate use of your product (e.g. using inappropriate cleaning agents, not following recommended installation instructions, etc.)
You reserve the right to return items delivered within 14 working days from date of delivery for any reason and with no justification. You must inform us by writing an emailing [email protected] with your decision to cancel, attaching a copy of your original order. Goods are to be returned by yourself, to our services department @ SBL limited Oscar zammit str Hamrun HMR1281. You will need to take all the goods you are returning together with a copy of your Order, and the payment card with which you paid for the goods and including a receipt. Returned goods must always be in original packing and in a re-saleable condition. A credit note will be given to a return of an item.
